Ordering / Shipping Info

The transceiver (silver or black box) and handset is needed when placing an order. 

 3 very important set of numbers are needed from your currently active phone to program an extension.  These are the:

• ESN (electronic serial number) *
• SID (system ID #) **
• Cell-phone # with area code

 * Your ESN number is found usually underneath the battery.  It will be printed alongside your model number.  It is an 11 digit numerical number.  It may also be printed as an 8 digit hex number containing the letters A thru F.  Ex A12B345C   It should also be stated on your original contract that you signed with your provider.
** System Identification number is a 5 digit number identifying your system network.  You may need to contact your provider for this info.  Ex. 00015

If you’re purchasing a phone with programming by paypal to be sent out, we require an order form to be filled out and mailed to us. 

Turn around time is usually 24 hrs.

Return shipping costs are as follows for phones:

• US Residents $25 Cnd

• Canadian Residents $12 Cnd
