The Maxon TPD-1000 Series DMR Radio combines exceptional two-way radio functionality, with analog and TDMA digital technology. The radio allows you to operate in either analog or digital mode. It is compatible with the common analog system, ensuring a smooth transition from analog-to-digital.

Not only does this radio provide convenient use, but also it is designed with the industrial worker in mind. Because of its technical design, this radio provdies reliable quality that will withstand considerable use.

Compared to analog operation, the Maxon TPD-1000 can get up to 40% additional operation time in digital mode. The TPD-1000 is equipped with a standard high capacity 2000mAh Li-Ion battery. An optional 2500mAh battery is also available.

In addition the TPD-1000 offers higher spectrum efficiency and channel capacity. The TDMA technology allows the Maxon TPD-1000 to get twice the channels based on the same spectrum resource. This is beneficial to relieve the increasing shortage of spectrum resources.
